Rotating flavors

Special editions

Spinach, carrot, beet and multigrain, made with cornmeal, chia seeds and the vegetable itself. The color and the flavor come from the food, never from a dye. These rotate through the season, so ask what's being made this week.

Salsa Mi Tierra

Our take on the traditional green salsa: creamy, bright, and built on a whole bunch of fresh cilantro. Amazing on arepas, and amazing on everything else.

Meet the cook

Hi, I'm Kenia León

Twenty years ago I moved from Venezuela to Spring, Texas. I raised three kids here, and through all of it there was one thing that always got everybody to the table: arepas.

I started De Mi Tierra Kitchen because I wanted my neighbors to taste the food I grew up with, without anyone having to spend an hour in the kitchen to get it. So I make them by hand, cook them, and freeze them the same day.

The rest is up to you. Pop them in the air fryer, fill them with whatever you have, and eat. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner. That's the whole idea: your time back, and a little bit of Venezuela on the plate.

Made with love, from my kitchen to yours.Kenia León · Founder
